During 1:1 client work:

  • Minimal handwritten or digital session notes (identified only by initials and date).
    These are kept securely for reference during our active work together and deleted once our work concludes, unless legally required to keep for accounting or tax purposes.

Automatically collected technical data:

  • Browser type, device, IP address, and usage statistics through Squarespace Analytics or Google Analytics.
    This helps me understand how visitors use the site and improve performance. This data does not personally identify you.

  • MailerLite – newsletter and email marketing

  • Podia – online course platform

  • Stripe & PayPal – secure payment processing

  • Google Analytics – traffic statistics

All these providers are GDPR-compliant and process data only under my instruction.

Data may also be disclosed if required by law or to prevent harm or illegal activity.

Accounting and payment records are kept for up to 7 years to meet EU tax regulations.
Client notes are destroyed once the mentorship relationship ends, unless you request otherwise.
