3. Term

The engagement of services begins upon payment or booking confirmation and continues for the duration specified in your selected service (e.g., single session, 3-month or 6-month container).

4. Nature of Services — No Therapy or Medical Treatment

Body Mystika provides somatic mentorship, energy coaching, and embodiment guidance.
These Services are not psychotherapy, counselling, or medical treatment, and Anaïs P. Calei is not a licensed therapist, psychologist, or medical practitioner.

All information shared in sessions, programs, or online materials is intended for educational and personal development purposes only.
You acknowledge that you are responsible for your own physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing. You agree to seek medical, psychological, or other professional support if needed.

Body Mystika’s work may complement therapy or medical treatment, but it is not a substitute for them.

5. Client Responsibility

You agree to:

  • Provide honest, accurate information when engaging with the Services.

  • Participate fully, take responsibility for your own healing journey, and use discernment in applying the material.

  • Understand that results vary by individual and that no specific outcomes or cures are guaranteed.

6. Confidentiality

All information shared in 1:1 sessions or private communication will be treated as confidential, except:

  • When disclosure is required by law;

  • When information is already public; or

  • When written consent to share is given by the Client.

Confidentiality in coaching and mentorship does not create a legally privileged therapist-client relationship.

7. Intellectual Property

All content shared within Body Mystika (text, audio, video, exercises, materials, etc.) is the exclusive property of Anaïs P. Calei.
You receive a single-user, non-transferable license to use materials for personal purposes only.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or publicly share the materials without written consent.

8. Booking, Payment & Refund Policy

Payment for all Services must be made at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

  • 1:1 Sessions: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less notice may result in the session being forfeited.

  • Containers (3- or 6-month programs): After the first session, you have 24 hours to request a refund for the remaining balance. The cost of the first session will be retained. After this period, all payments are non-refundable.

  • No refunds are available for Services already rendered.

9. No Guarantees / Disclaimer

Body Mystika makes no guarantees regarding specific results, healing outcomes, or financial or personal transformation.
Testimonials and case studies shared on the website are examples of individual experiences and are not predictive of future outcomes.

10. Non-Disparagement

Both parties agree to maintain mutual respect. You agree not to make public or private statements that may damage the reputation of Body Mystika or Anaïs P. Calei. The Company likewise commits to honoring Client confidentiality and respect.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Body Mystika shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.
Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the Services. You participate at your own discretion and risk.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed according to the laws of Spain and the European Union.
In case of dispute, both parties agree first to attempt resolution through informal discussion or mediation before pursuing other remedies.
Jurisdiction shall reside in the competent courts of Barcelona.

13. Severability

If any clause in this Agreement is found unenforceable or invalid, the remaining clauses remain in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Client and the Company and supersedes all prior discussions or agreements, whether written or verbal.
