Healing doesn’t always feel linear or tidy — especially when it’s tied to emotions that have lived in the body for a long time. If you’ve been in a place of burnout, overwhelm, or deep exhaustion, I welcome you here — not to “fix” you, but to meet you where you are.

This work is not therapy. It isn’t a quick path to an outcome.
It is a relational, somatic, trauma-informed journey of coming back home to yourself — slowly, with presence and care.

I meet you exactly where you are , with presence, care, and respect for your pace.

My work is trauma-informed and rooted in nervous system awareness and emotional healing through the body. Rather than pushing for change, we focus on creating the conditions where safety, trust, and capacity can slowly return — allowing healing to unfold in its own time.

Together, we gently explore what may be living beneath the surface: emotional wounds, protective patterns, and states of survival that have been held in the body for a long time. We listen carefully to what is asking for attention, without forcing insight or release.

I work in an integrative, mind–body way, combining body-led awareness with relational and emotional attunement. This may include felt-sense listening, nervous system regulation, and inner-child or parts-based exploration — always guided by what feels possible in the moment.

I’m here to walk alongside you as you reconnect with yourself, restore inner steadiness, and begin relating to your emotions and body with more kindness and clarity — not to fix you, but to support a deeper sense of wholeness from within.

A Holistic Mind-Body Approach

Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT)

EFT, often known as tapping, is a gentle mind–body practice that works with the connection between emotions, the nervous system, and the body. In sessions, we use light tapping on specific acupressure points while staying present with emotions, sensations, or inner experiences. This process can help calm nervous system activation and support the processing of emotional stress in a way that feels contained and manageable. EFT is not about forcing positive thinking, but about meeting what is present with awareness and safety.

Polyvagal-Informed Focusing (FSPV)

Polyvagal-informed focusing supports emotional healing by helping you reconnect with your body’s internal signals — sensations, impulses, and subtle felt experiences that often carry important information. This work is guided by nervous system awareness and emphasizes pacing, choice, and safety. Rather than analyzing or explaining what you feel, we gently stay with what is present in the body, allowing meaning and regulation to emerge organically over time.

Inner Child & Parts Work

Inner child and parts work offer ways to explore the different aspects of your inner world — including younger parts shaped by early experiences and protective parts that developed to help you cope. These parts are not seen as problems to fix, but as intelligent responses to past situations. By approaching them with curiosity and compassion, we create space for emotional understanding, integration, and a more supportive inner relationship.

Somatic & Mindfulness-Based Practices

Somatic and mindfulness-based practices support emotional healing by developing gentle awareness of bodily sensations, breath, and present-moment experience. These practices help you reconnect with your body at a pace that feels safe, supporting grounding, regulation, and self-trust. Over time, this body-led awareness can help release held tension, soften habitual patterns, and strengthen your capacity to meet emotions with steadiness and care.

Integration & Mind-Body Support

These modalities are not used as separate techniques, but as complementary ways of supporting emotional healing and nervous system restoration. Each session is shaped by what feels most supportive in the moment, guided by your capacity, your needs, and your body’s responses. The work is relational, trauma-informed, and responsive — not prescriptive or outcome-driven..
